There has been no study done that I have ever seen which shows a difference between left eye twitching or right eye twitching. I imagine maybe in some neurological conditions it might be significant or something but for people who just have an eye twitch for some reason there is no significance to the side. However, if you would like to do more research you can look up hemifacial spasms which is the technical term for having one side or the other twitch.
