Screen (Comp/TV) Eye Twitching

Our eyes are meant to be constantly moving and focusing at different fields of depth. If you’re looking at a computer monitor, TV, or other screen all day then the muscles in your eyes will begin to atrophy from lack of use. Luckily fixing this problem is simple and costs absolutely nothing except for a few minutes of your time every day and remembering to do it. Read below for how to cure your eye twitch.

Look Away

Every 15-30 minutes you should look away from the screen for a minute or two. Just glance around the room and focus on things at various distances. To be even better to your eyes you should look out a window and focus on something that is far away as well. This will hit the full range of your eyes focusing abilities. Just remember to do this every 15-30 minutes.

Use Less

Simply stop staring at screens so much. If you have to write something out really quick use a pencil and paper instead of your computer. Take up a hobby instead of watching television all day. Anything you can do to reduce the amount of time spent looking at a computer monitor or television or other screen.
